To celebrate one year in business and the start of another amazing summer in Linden Hills, we’ll be hosting our first-ever PicnicPalooza block party. Bring your friends, your neighbors, your dogs and kids… and a competitive spirit, if you plan to join our Linden Hills Scavenger Hunt.
Schedule of the Day
11am-2pm: Scavenger Hunt (Starts at bandshell)
12-8pm: Bounce House, Music, Your Favorite Food and Drinks from Picnic — which of course means Picnic dogs!
12-5pm: Kids’ Crafts from Heartfelt, Cake Walk

LINDEN HILLS SCAVENGER HUNT
for the PicnicPalooza Scavenger Hunt! In this three-hour race to the finish, teams will solve a set of 25 clues within Linden Hills.
Assume a 3+ mile walk as you muddle over cryptic clues, explore famous-to-us landmarks, nosh on tasty treats and post a few selfies. Read FAQs.
Teams will be 4-8 total and must stick together for the hunt. If you have a crew ready to go, register your team now.
No team? No problem. After you register yourself for the hunt, you’ll fill out a form to help us place you with folks who share a similar life stage or hobbies. Don’t be shy, we are EXCELLENT matchmakers.
The hunt will start at the Lake Harriet Bandshell at 11am and finish at PicnicPalooza at 2pm. We recommend taking 15-20 minutes to plan your route, so you can minimize backtracking.
Expect a big mix of clues, from quick selfies to visiting local businesses, speed-eating a Picnic dog to enjoying a drink at Wooden Ship.
We’ll be giving away more than $2,000 in prizes for the top three teams alone, including:
